We thank you for wanting to be a part of the first St. Louis Gamercon. We hope to live up to your expectations. For a special rate on the hotel room click here, but do it fast, because the special rate is limited. Rooms booked without use of the link WILL NOT GET THE SPECIAL RATE. All of those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when booking and checking into a room.
- Don’t hate. Remember we all have different levels of devotion and interests.
- Ask before taking pictures of anyone in cosplay (costume).
- No mock fighting in the halls. We do not want anyone accidently getting hurt.
- Refrain from using metal or hard woods in costumes when possible. Some exceptions may be given, but the convention reserves the right to deny any costume or prop that they believe could be a problem.
- We realize that there are scantily clad characters, but we are an ESRB compliant convention, so use common sense. Again, the convention reserves the right to deny any costume or prop that they believe could be a problem.
- Any and all counts of sexual harassment of any kind will result in immediate banishment from the convention for life.
- No drinking on the convention floor. The floor includes any place holding or being used to hold a convention event.
- No selling without a booth set up.
- Wait your turn for the games. Anyone found pushing to get in or in another way causing a ruckus may be removed from the convention.

ANYONE FOUND DISOBEYING THE RULES MAY RECEIVE AS LITTLE AS A WARNING OR AS MUCH AS BANNISHMENT FROM THE CONVENTION WITHOUT REFUND OF MONEY PAID.
