Have something you want to show or sell?  This is the place to sign up.  If you intend to sell something at your booth, you will need to look in the “sellers” section. If you only want to promote at your booth, look through the “Promoters” sections.

• Most sellers will be offered booths in the Versailles 2 room.  This room has 4160 sq ft.
• Hours for this room will be from 11am-10pm unless hours wish to be changed by vendor’s popular demand.
• Staffing is the responsibility of the seller.
• Versailles 2 will be locked down after close.
• If a vendor wishes their own hours, they will be offered booth space outside of the Versailles, but their booth becomes their sole responsibility.
• All sellers must comply with U.S. and Missouri laws.
• Bootlegs will not be tolerated.
• All vendors must check ID when selling items rated Mature, R, or any other like material of a sensitive nature

• All of those promoting items at booths but not selling will be offered booth space outside of the main convention areas.
• All promotion booths will be manned and maintained by the booth purchaser.
• Promoters are free to keep any hours they wish, but the convention is not responsible for what happens to the booth when they are not there.
• No sexually explicit or overly violent material may be shown at any booth.  Sexually explicit and overly violent is classified by anything that would warrant a “Mature” rating.

Standard price for a booth is $700 for selling and 600 for showing. This price warrents a 5x6ft lot with use of one 2x6ft table if needed. Extensions to the table may also be added for and extra $20 per square foot (Note: the extra will be added on to the side rather than extended outward unless otherwise approved). We realize that this can be somewhat expensive which is why you can reduce the cost of your booth by taking a larger part in the convention. Any vendor may choose up to 3 discounts to apply to their charge. These discounts are:

• 1% if a booth sponsors a game (can be applied a max of 5 times).
• 10% if sponsoring a section. This means providing 4 of the same system and controllers needed for playing.
• 3% sponsoring talent to appear at a booth for a period of time (can be applied only 1 time).
• 5% sponsoring voice talent to appear in a panel.
• 5% for sponsering a Tournament (max 1 because we have only three proposed Tournament periods).
• 10% for sponsering the Dance (aka getting a DJ).
